Thessaloniki
This installation is the mother company of CaO Hellas. This unit successfully launched in the early 80’s. The installation consists of a lime production plant, with a capacity of 50,000 tonnes per annum. Also, there is a hydrated lime production line, with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per annum. Both production lines are accompanied with air classifier and grinding system.
Volos
This unit was established in 1999 with the aim of specializing in the field of aluminium and steel industries. It consists of modern production and control systems and has a capacity of 450 tn / day . The flexible and fully automated production system allows us to produce different lime products in different sizes with fully preparation . In 2006 , was established a second high-temperature lime kiln for the production of dolomitic lime and specialized products for steelwork industry. There is also a hydrated lime plant of 5 tn / hour, milling system of solid fuels and a unit producing ready mixed mortars, plasters and tile adhesives with the brand name of SOVAMIX.
Amyntaio
In 2005, a branch of Thessaly Lime was established to support the growing demand for lime products in the area. Specifically , the Amyntaio facility mostly operates to fullfil the needs of electric plants and agricultural demand of north Greece and neighboring countries too.
